It has the same industry-recognized technology as the venerable DT-200 range but is lighter and more portable, offering greater computations and performance outside. Unmatched Accuracy and Detail The DT-309 can measure angles with extraordinary precision. The instrument produces angular data that are accurate to within 9 seconds and has a 2.5-inch telescopic resolving power. With an optical plummet, setups over a control point may be made more easily, and a tilt sensor offers correction of about three minutes. Outstanding features and usability, the simplified interface of the DT-309 and other design elements make it a very functional instrument. It comes with a backlit LCD screen for crystal-clear results viewing and has built-in illumination for its reticle. Li-Ion batteries or external Alkaline AAs, which have a 140-hour operational capacity, are used to power the device. With dust and water resistance up to IP66 standards, the DT-309 can operate in a variety of field conditions.
