Each of the legs has a dual clamp lock with screws and a lever for a rapid setup and a secure hold. To ensure a solid grip, the steel feet are sharp and have extra-long spurs. The universal 5/8 X 11 threading on the round aluminum head allows any tool to be attached to it.
