Note: Standard Perpetual Field licenses provide free Upgrades within the first 12 months, as well as 12 months of an Enterprise License. After 12 months expires, to receive upgrades and continue Enterprise License the customer must purchase a Service Plan 12 months. However, the Field software itself will continue to operate (as initially purchased), even after the maintenance has expired but you will not be eligible for any upgrades or the ability to transfer licenses between hardware.
