GeoMax 8245488 GR10T 10′ Direct Read Rod OP. The moveable tape face on this device makes it possible to establish and determine actual elevation without the use of calculations. It has a matte-textured tape face with easily visible, big scales to enable exceptional visibility even at a vast distance and in direct sunlight. It was specifically designed for use with optical equipment.
This GeoMax grade rod is lightweight and resistant to corrosion, swelling, warping, or splitting in any environment thanks to its strong clear anodized aluminum front and rear rods. Heavy-duty brass tape lock grommets on it are enlarged to reduce tape tearing, and the tape lock pin is made to not tear the tape when pressed up against it. DuPont nylon components with great strength make for durable performance.
